Use of This Website

By using hedrivingschool.co.uk, you agree to these Terms of Use. The website is provided for the purpose of providing information about H&E Driving School’s automatic driving lesson services in Nottingham and enabling enquiries and bookings.

You must not use this website:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To transmit unsolicited communications (spam)
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
• In any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website

Lesson Bookings & Cancellations

Driving lesson bookings are made directly with the instructor via WhatsApp or email. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange a booked lesson. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or a booked lesson is missed without notice, the full lesson fee is payable and will not be refunded.

Current pricing is displayed on the Prices page and is subject to change. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for driving lessons purchased via this website may be refunded, in full, for any reason, within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed against a booked lesson. To request a refund within this period, contact us using the details below. This 14-day right reflects your cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for goods and services purchased at a distance.

Outside this 14-day period, gift vouchers are non-refundable but remain valid for redemption against driving lessons for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to H&E Driven Limited. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to services performed with reasonable care and skill, or under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights take precedence.

Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. H&E Driven Limited does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law, including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance using the details below so we can try to resolve it directly. H&E Driven Limited is not currently a member of an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. If we are unable to resolve a complaint between us, you may be able to refer the matter to the Competition and Markets Authority or seek independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer helpline, and you retain the right to bring a claim through the small claims court.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
