What We Collect

• Enquiry information: name, phone number, email address — when you contact us via WhatsApp or email to enquire about or book driving lessons
• Gift voucher purchase information: if you purchase a gift voucher, we collect the recipient's email address in order to deliver the voucher. Payment is processed directly by PayPal — we do not see or store your card details
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited — collected via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, only with your consent (see Cookies section below)

Other than gift voucher purchases (processed via PayPal), we do not operate any data-collecting forms on this website.

How We Use Your Data

• To respond to driving lesson enquiries and arrange bookings
• To deliver a purchased gift voucher to the intended recipient
• To send lesson reminders and relevant course information
• To improve the website based on anonymised usage data

We will never sell your data or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Analytics and advertising data collected via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel is retained in accordance with the respective retention policies of Google and Meta, which are outside our control; further detail is available in their privacy policies linked above.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and by the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, together with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
