H&E Driven Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the Theory Test UK - 5 Languages mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data exclusively on your device using local storage:

• Learning progress and quiz scores
• Category completion status
• Language preference settings
• Hazard perception practice results
• Mock exam history

This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to our servers, and cannot be accessed by us or any third party.

2.2 In-App Purchase Data

If you choose to make an in-app purchase (Pro upgrade), the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat as our purchase management platform to verify your entitlement status. RevenueCat may collect:

• An anonymous device identifier (for purchase verification only)
• Purchase transaction records (product purchased, date, store)
• Your subscription/entitlement status

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, process, or store:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Location or GPS data
• Device contacts, photos, or files
• Browsing history or usage analytics
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)
• IP addresses
• Crash reports or diagnostic data

3. Third-Party Services

We do not use any advertising networks, analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or data brokers.

4. How We Use Information

The limited data processed through RevenueCat is used solely to:

• Verify your Pro upgrade entitlement across devices
• Enable the "Restore Purchase" feature
• Ensure you receive the content you paid for

5. Data Retention

• Local data: Stored on your device until you clear App data or uninstall the App.
• Purchase records: Retained by RevenueCat as long as necessary to provide purchase verification services, in accordance with their data retention policy.
• Payment records: Retained by Apple/Google in accordance with their respective policies.

6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

7. Your Controls

You can permanently delete all locally stored App data at any time by:

• Using the "Reset Progress" option in the App's Settings menu

The App is designed for driving theory test candidates, typically aged 16 and older in the United Kingdom. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.

9. International Transfers

RevenueCat's servers are located in the United States. Any anonymous purchase verification data processed through RevenueCat is transferred to the US under appropriate safeguards as required by UK GDPR. No personally identifiable information is transferred.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Post the revised policy at this same URL
• Where feasible, notify users through an in-app notice

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
