Why are sessions 2 hours, not 1 hour?
A 2-hour session allows enough time to introduce a skill, practise it, receive feedback, and apply that correction — all in the same lesson. One-hour sessions typically require the first 10 minutes to settle back in after a break, and end before consolidation is possible. At H&E, every session is structured around the DVSA syllabus and ends with a structured debrief so progress is always clear.

Yes. Collection from your home, workplace or college is included across all Nottingham postcodes — NG1 to NG16 and DE7. There are no additional travel charges for any of these areas.
Two-hour sessions allow time to practise a skill, receive structured feedback, and apply corrections within the same lesson. Evidence consistently shows faster progress with longer, focused sessions. The hourly rate is also lower with 2-hour lessons than with 1-hour sessions at comparable Nottingham schools.
Both options are available. You can book individual 2-hour lessons at £76, or purchase the 10-hour block package at £360 (saving £20). The block package is designed for learners who are committed to a structured journey from beginner to test-ready standard.
